The book Rivals by Tim Green is told by the main character Josh. The book has to do with how Josh and his team the Syracuse Titans had made it to the National Tournament in Cooperstown, NY. The plot of this book was them fighting and struggling to stay in the tournament and for them to make it to that championship game. The conflict of the book was that one of the teams in the tournament had been cheating and paying off the umpires, so Josh and his friends had to make sure that they stopped the team from winning and ruining the whole tournament.
