Ready Player One is a book about a teenager named Wade Watts. Wade's dad was not around, and he lived with his mom and aunt in a place called the Stacks.(The book takes place in 2040 and the people in the Stacks were pushed out of society for being poor.) When Wade was little, he attended school on a virtual headset called the Oasis. The Oasis was created by James Haliday. When James died, he left all of his fortune from the Oasis to any person that could win his contest. This contest requires the participants to find three keys to open three gates.
